Libby & Eric had the most intimate & detailed wedding last winter in Carmel Indiana. These two met at a bar in De Forest Wisconsin & have been inseparable ever since! As they began planning their wedding they knew from the beginning that they wanted to incorporate Libby’s Irish heritage into their wedding day, which they did so beautifully! There was so much love, care & attention put into every detail of their day making it a truly special occasion. They started off their day getting ready at an Indiana Airbnb before tying the knot & heading to the Cake Bake Shop for their intimate reception.
Getting Ready
Their day started at an Airbnb that the two rented for themselves & their wedding party to get ready. When incorporating Libby’s Irish heritage into their wedding day so they used the perfect amount of emerald green accents, both big & small, throughout their wedding day. The Airbnb in Broad Ripple had so much charm & was such a cool space! It was the perfect spot to get ready before their intimate wedding reception at Cake Bake Shop.
Their Church Ceremony
Saint Simon the Apostle Church is an incredibly beautiful catholic church & was the prime location for Libby & Eric’s wedding ceremony. Before starting their ceremony the two shared a moment alone together where they shared their vows to one another. It was such a sweet moment that had all three of us tearing up! We then headed inside to start their ceremony & get these two officially married! Once they said I do & the paperwork was signed the two exited the church as it was time to head to their reception space. It was time to head to Carmel Indiana & get their intimate wedding reception underway. To transport over to their wedding reception Libby surprised Eric with a Rolls Royce, which was SO MUCH FUN!
Their Intimate Reception at the Cake Bake Shop
Libby & Eric chose the Cake Bake Shop in Carmel Indiana as their intimate wedding reception space & it was a perfect choice. I love the Cake Bake Shop, so much so that it made my list of top five favorite locations for an intimate wedding in Indiana. Before their reception started we got some time alone together for some couples portraits at the Cake Bake Shop. Cake Bake is the perfect spot for an intimate wedding as it has an incredible atmosphere & décor, & with a private room you can rent out for you & your guests it really has it all. Libby & Eric reserved the private space for their evening with their friends & family & capped off their wedding day in style.
I loved being a part of Libby & Eric’s intimate wedding day in Carmel Indiana. Between the beauty of the day, all the details that went into the wedding, their intimate reception & everything in between it’s pretty easy to see why! Congratulations Libby & Eric.
