And I'm an Indiana-based elopement and lifestyle photographer.
From your initial inquiry to the photo delivery, I’ll become your friend from start to finish. Whether I’m documenting your elopement, lifestyle, or boudoir session my priority is to get to know you and your partner as individuals, and as a couple. From things you enjoy doing, food you love, your favorite music I want all the details this way I can customize the session to you. I truly feel if we get to know each other before the session or elopement takes place it’ll help with any nerves.
I’ll be there however it feels best for you. If that’s more hands on and guiding you throughout the entire session, or more of a hands off approach for a more documentary feel. I want to capture you as you truly are, so when you look back on your photos they feel like you and your love story.

Each couple / person I photograph is so unique in their own way, and each story is so different and that's why I aim to be your friend and more than just a stranger photographing you. You book me because you love what you’ve seen from me, but I want the photos I take of you to be your favorite. For your elopement, don’t think I’ll just show up and shoot *unless that’s all you want* If you need any planning help, vendor recommendations, logistics to consider, anything that can help your day go more smoothly, and be as stress free as possible I’m here for you.
If you’re looking to have moments that reflect feelings of warmth, and showcase organic emotion you’re in the right place. When you look through the gallery I deliver to you, I want it to feel like “home” with a small sense of adventure. Sometimes photos are all we have left to remember something or someone so special to us, and I want to make sure to preserve those moments for a lifetime. I’ll treat your moments as if they were my very own.

As a wedding photographer myself, choosing someone to document our wedding day was a very big decision to make, from the second we booked Shelby we knew we had made the right decision. Not only was she a source of endless support when wedding planning and coordinating our wedding day, but she ALSO brought her creative energy, and so much passion and love to our day. Leading up to our wedding day she provided so much support. She was someone to bounce ideas off of, she sent us SO many great resources and reminders and helped us feel prepared and confident that everything we were looking forward to would be documented beautifully. Throughout our wedding day she was someone we looked to for guidance, she helped us to feel comfortable throughout our wedding day and helped us to be present and really soak in all of the moments that made up the day. Whether it was backing up to give us a moment after our ceremony, or pulling us out for sunset photos during the reception, Shelby just knew what we needed throughout our wedding day and let us be present to experience it all.
Looking back at our wedding photos after receiving them we had SO many emotions. She didn’t just document our wedding day, she captured the essence of how we felt all throughout it. I can’t help but look back at our photos and feel all the emotions we felt on our wedding day. We will cherish these photos for literally the rest of our lives. She’s the one y’all, seriously.
